Short introduction
Herr Döhne ist promovierter Sozialwissenschaftler mit Masterabschlüssen in Erwachsenbildung und Organisationsentwicklung. Als Gender-Trainer war/ist er mit der Rolle von Männern und Jungen in der Gleichstellung sowie beratend an Gender-Mainstreaming Prozessen beteiligt. Als Experte in der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit hat er an zahlreichen Organisationsanalysen, Konflikt-, Geschlechter- und Wirkungsstudien sowie Programmevaluationen mitgewirkt, zuletzt 2020 im Auftrag der GIZ an einer Gender-Analyse für das „Labour Standard Programme“ in Pakistan und an einer zentralen Projektevaluation zweier NaWi-Projekte in Ägypten. Als langjähriges Mitglied im Expertenpool des Zentrums für Internationale Friedensmissionen (ZIF) hat er an zahlreichen OSCE/ODIHR und EU-Wahlbeobachtungsmissionen auf dem Balkan sowie in Zentral- und Südasien teilgenommen.
