Short introduction
Ms Küppers, a graduate political scientist, is a recognised specialist in the fields of good governance, gender, and migration, and has more than ten years of professional experience in international development cooperation. As project manager for a GIZ project in Morocco (2015-2017), Ms Küppers supported the implementation of municipal pilot projects regarding the socio-economic integration of migrant women. As technical advisor for a GIZ project in Benin (2012-2015), Ms Küppers worked on projects to promote civil society, e.g., initiatives to strengthen women’s leadership in local decision-making. In addition, Ms Küppers has extensive experience in conducting internal gender workshops and trainings as well as in the field of gender-sensitive and gender-transformative M&E. As a freelance consultant (since 2018), Ms Küppers conducted numerous complex gender analyses and workshops, e.g., on behalf of GIZ projects PME a PMD.
