Pauline holds a master’s degree in Gender Studies and draws her professional experience from her previous position at the GIZ Sectoral Department. She has worked as a Junior Planning Officer for the GIZ Gender Commissioner and the Competence Center Rule of Law, Security, Human Rights and Gender and as a freelance consultant for the GIZ equal opportunities officers.
