Short introduction

Beatrice is a Sociologist and Gender Specialist. She has 20 years of working experience; seven (7) years working with international non-governmental organisations and thirteen (13) in national non-governmental organizations. She has been involved in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programmes on women empowerment and gender equality, gender-responsive public service delivery, research, analysis and policy engagement on poverty, vulnerability and social protection. She is a trained Trainer and experienced in participatory learning and analysis skills, designing and delivering participatory training programmes.

Beatrice has been a Consultant with UN Women on its Spotlight Initiative. She has previously worked with ActionAid Zimbabwe as Women Rights Advisor and Accountability Advisor on the Governance programme of ActionAid Lesotho and Gender and Women Empowerment Advisor with MS.
